Zebiba, one of the trainees and a supervisor at Desta PLC Butajira Factory, described the benefits of the training: “It has given me good leadership skills. I felt like I had to do all the work before but after I took the training,  I can manage the workers under me without harming the rights of the workers or the organization. This has helped the workers to be motivated, to have a good work ethic, to solve problems easily and to have a positive impact on our work. ”
